For one weekend only Michelin star chefs, Phil Howard and Theo Randall will join forces to host events at the S.Pellegrino gourmet pop-up that will be gracing the banks of the Thames.The event, that is hosted by the Italian S.Pellegrino company, will add extra Italian flare to the event by serving fine Italian-inspired cuisine with classic seasonal British ingredients.
The event will be spread over two days with Phil kicking off the event by hosting a special dinner at the Potters Field Park pop up. Usually better recognised for his accolades as head chef of The Square, Howard keeps the fundamentals of classic dishes at the heart of his cooking style. This will no doubt be brought into his menu for the event. As a two Michelin star chef, this will no doubt be no ordinary pop up.
The second night’s event will then see award winning Italian chef Theo Randall, of Theo Randall at the Intercontinental, taking over the pop-up kitchens. He will be showcasing his award winning fare in live demonstrations before each course is served in the intimate and exclusive setting. Guests will be encouraged to ask their burning cooking questions whilst they are treated to a three-course meal, perfectly paired with fine Italian wines.
