Forthe third year in a row, Virgilio Martinez’s restaurant Central in Peru, earned the poll position atthe award ceremony. His Peruvian-centric restaurant is already considered one of the top dining destinations in the world, with the latest win firmly cementing this reputation.

With this year’s list spanning 11 countries including;Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guyana, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela, the results revealed some fantastic newcomers and one’s to watch.
