Restaurant ANDRE will welcome creative visionary Chef Alexandre Gauthier from La Madelaine- sous-Montreuil in the North of France to Singapore for an exclusive two-day only collaboration.

At only 38 years old, Chef Alexandre Gauthier is the new generation’s most avant-garde Chef. Upon taking over the family restaurant in 2003, a new aesthetic and modern approach to ingredients secured La Grenouillère’s international acclaim to two Michelin Stars and No. 64 World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

In collaboration with Chef Andre’s Octaphilosophy, the two chefs will share an enchanting menu of natural sensibilities. The menu will demonstrate the practice of  contemporary cuisine, of freedom and expression, and they promise to submit and give everything to the present.
