With the next exclusive chef takeover upon us, Villa Louise has announced that chef of Restaurant Gästehaus Erfort, will becooking up a storm at theCreutz & Partners’cooking facility in Aachen, Germany on March 18.
Better known for hisclear and structured line, his dishes consist of few ingredients, which have to convince – and they do. For this reason he was of the youngest generation of Michelin chefs to be awarded with a star, at the age of just 21.
With a penchant for simple food cooked withtop quality ingredients that are organic and local whenever possible.This influence is rife throughout his cuisine, combining his passion for classictechniques and flavours with continental ingredients. His signature style of producing gourmet, yet simple, food with colourful and clean aesthetics makes his food a truly unforgettable experience.With the guest appearance atVilla Louise, he will be able to impart his delicious cuisine to a whole new audience.
The lunch events have been in action since 2012 and offer the chance to have lunch cooked by a guest chef offering theirsignature Michelin-star cuisine. The building itself dates back to the 1870’s and offers a classic Wilhelminian-style backdrop for the exquisite lunches held at Villa Louise.The events have gradually transformed the cooking facility into a world class gathering that brings together topchefs to share their culinary creativity, with chef Klaus Erfortbeing no exception.
