After 15 years in its London venue, Claude Bosi’s Hibiscus is celebrating with a special edition menu.
Hibiscus turns 15

The two Michelin star restaurant from Claude Bosi is a gem in the heart of London’s Mayfair and this month it turns 15 years old.

After its initial opening in Ludlow in 2000 and gaining a Michelin star within a year, it soon upped sticks and headed to the big smoke. It found its new home in Mayfair and has stayed here since laying its roots in 2007.

During its lifetime, Hibiscus has received numerous accolades for its modern French cuisine, including two Michelin stars, with Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux Claude Bosi at its helm, as well asa commendable score of 8/10 in the Good Food Guide.Marrying seasonal produce with modern, yet grounded techniques Bosi delights guests with a myriad of flavourful dishes.

Now 15 years on and still going strong, Hibiscus have announced a special eight-course tasting menu to mark the occasion.Available for the whole month of June as a way of saying thank you to all the support it has achieved over the years.

These signature dishes include its classic foie gras icecream, Fresh Cherries, Black Pepper Sauce, Milk Fed Veal, Girolles with Loquât and Chervil, Gariguette Strawberry and Celeriac, Szechuan Pepper to name but a few.

The carefully selected dishes that can be found in the menu have been specially selected from guests’ past menu favourites.
