The latest gastronomic experience from three Michelin star brothers, Ferrán y Albert Adrià of El Bulli restaurant, and Guy Laliberté, really is the meeting of three masterminds. The official launch of the creative venture has been in the making for over ten years between this innovative trio, but now their hard work has paid off.
Born from a common passion for art, gastronomy and music the HEART Ibiza venue will be a playground for all those who want to indulge their senses in any of these areas. The massive project that aims to explore the creative collision between food and art, offers guests three different types of experiences to indulge in:
The Baraka | A gourmet take on the international street food scene that has been carefully designed by the two chef brothers. It will offer a more casual dining experience that is surrounded by a great visual setting of contemporary art inspired by the Cirque du Soleil as well as live music.
The Workshop | Is perhaps the more conventional dining experience that offers a seated food service with all the usual high end trimmings. It will also be act as a gallery space for visual and performance art along with music that has been specially curated by the team.
La Boite | The final experience on offer comes in the shape of a live music venue. The emphasis here is on the music rather than the art like the other levels, but still offering spectacular visual installations. The live music will be accompanied by excellent food and cocktails and is an offering of the Ibiza nightlife.
Contemporary artists to feature in the gastro-exhibtion space will include Miguel Chevalier, Rafael Lozano Hemmer, Jeppe Hein, UVA as well as works from the highly acclaimed Takashi Murakami, who will be displayed in the inaugural exhibition for Art Projects Ibiza.
This exciting new fusion between art, food and music will no doubt be a hit with all Ibiza-goers this summer and hopefully this will just be the first of many venues for HEART.
