The Revival Of Elbulli Inaugurates The Most International Days Of A Cuatro Manos By Dani García. He will be accompanied by Pascal Barbot, Grant Achatz and Thomas Bühner, who will cook hand-in-hand with him in this second edition.

For the second year running, chef Dani García returns to celebrate the Gastronomic Days A cuatro manos. During the 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th of March, Restaurant Dani García in Puente romano Beach Resort in Marbella, will unite with 12 national and international Michelin-starred chefs who will carry out four exclusive dinners alongside Dani García.

Restaurant Dani García in Puente Romano Beach Resort is the chosen space for this acknowledgement of Ferran Adrià, one of the main figures that has defined the kitchen of this chef from Malaga. Nine of the most notable Michelin-starred cooks both national and international, will bring about the revival of what elBulli has signified within the world of gastronomy.

(Restaurant Alinea – Chicago), (Restaurant Quique Dacosta – Alicante), (Celler de Can Roca – Girona), (Restaurant Arzak – San Sebastián), (Restaurant Aponiente – Cádiz), Albert Adrià (Restaurant Pakta – Barcelona), (Mugaritz – Errenteria), Ricard Camarena(Restaurant Ricard Camarena – Valencia) and Nandu Jubany(Restaurant Can Jubany – Barcelona) alongside Dani García, are those responsible for recreating the dishes of ElBulli as they remember them from their taste memory. They will capture in their creations, what has been and what continues to be, one of the most legendary restaurants in international gastronomy.

What is A Cuatro Manos?

A date with the highest cuisine organised by Dani García, one of the most creative chefs in the Spanish panorama. A gastronomic encounter that unites, in an exclusive form over four days, the most relevant chefs of the national and international panorama. Friends of the chef will join together to create exclusive dishes and menus in which friendship and tradition are united. A meeting between friends that becomes one of the most important annual gastronomic events.
