FOUR recently announced the line up for Bon Vivant’s highly coveted ‘White Truffle Edition’; set to take place from 12-14 November in Italy’s stunning Piedmont area, as part of the penultimate edition to the Dining Impossible series.
With an gourmet itinerary that included visiting top restaurants, fine wine tastings with experts and partying in sensational villas, the line up for the DI: 15 edition in Barcelona boasts to be the icing on the cake for this year’s incredible end of season finale.
The company behind the events that specialises in culinary diplomacy, exclusive dinner parties, cultural marketing and entrepreneurism, Bon Vivant, announced plans to add an extra addition to the dining season after seeing the continued success of this year’s dinners.
The city of choice was of course Barcelona, the all-time favourite gourmet capital of Europe, with its star-studded array of Michelin star greats and a party vibe that is perfect to crack of the festive season.The journey will take place from 1-3 December and will offer the most sensational, well-rounded gastronomic experience that the city has to offer.
Some of the highlights from the three-day gourmet expedition include; an immersive and highly personal evening at Albert Adrià’s notorious restaurant, Tickets, where the circus theme will transport you to an otherworldly dining experience; private transportation to Girona to a grande feast, with an extensive wine pairing selection, at the World’s No.2 Best Restaurant, El Celler de Can Roca, where reservations are next to impossible; a taste of revolutionary haute cuisine from top molecular gastronomists, Chefs Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casanas of Restaurant Disfrutar. The creative core team from the world famous ElBulli restaurant, keeps innovation at the heart of their creations, but offering their own unique take on modern cooking. These three culinary geniuses have moved away from ElBulli to create their own magnificent display of avant-garde cuisine with a strong focus on the rawness of cooking techniques such as fire, maturation, faisandage and fermentation. This will all be topped off with a final chance to let your hair down and soak up the stunning city skyscape with a night of private partying at W Hotel’s exclusive Eclipse club, perched up on the 26th floor of the world class venue.
The December voyage from Bon Vivant is a one of a kind event that will set off the festive season in style that is unique to the Dining Impossible Series.
