Create and present a three-course menu of edible, artistic scenes that pays tribute to the city with dishes that evoke the sand dunes at sunset, its cultural diversity and its dramatic architecture. The culinary studio will also behosting a one-off experience in the fascinating world of culinary design, surrounded by music and art in the vibrant atmosphere of the Arty cooking studio.

Master chocolatiersMirzamwill welcome visitors to their newly-opened factory on Alserkal Avenue from7-9pm on Tuesday 25 October for the launch of a limited edition chocolate bar dedicated to this year’s Dubai Design Week. Witness every step of the production process as dark, Ghanaian chocolate is infused with orange oil and broken sesame seeds and then hand-packed with a specially commissioned, geometric wrapper designed by Emirati multimedia artist and photographer Sheikha Wafa Hasher Al Maktoum. If you can’t make the launch, visit the factory from 10am to 8pm throughout the week to sample theMonsters & Maps Collection.
