The chef who is previously known for his successful reign as Executive chef at Island Tang, where he won three consecutive Michelin stars for three years running, as well as gaining three Michelin stars for Restaurant The Eight in Macau, will continue to showcase his gourmet Cantonese cuisine as part of the new tasting menu at China Tang HK.
As the world’s youngest three Michelin-starred Chinese cuisine chef and an ambassador for promoting high quality Cantonese food, his specially crafted menus are hotly anticipated by all who are familiar with this young chefs work.
His gastronomic creations combine classic dishes with a modern twist and use the finest quality ingredients sourced from around the world. He takes Cantonese food to new heights and we can see just why with examples on the tasting menu that include Pan-fried Imperial Bird’s Nest in Egg White Batter, Long Jing Tea Smoked Pigeon Egg topped with Caviar, Deep-fried Giant Sole Scented with Apple Wood and Fried Rice with Minced Wagyu Beef, Black Truffle.This brandnew menu will be offered to guests who dine in the exclusive private room where Chef Au will prepare the dishes in front of them from his own kitchen.This experience is not found anywhere else in HongKong and takes 3 Michelin star dining to a new level.
