Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel ResortLanzarote, is holding a series of ‘Gastronomy Days’ from September to November this year that will feature two world renowned chefs, twice Michelin StarredSoenil Bahadoerand‘best chef in Belgium’,Lode de Roover. Next in line will be Soenil Bahadoer who will grace the kitchens from November 9-11th.

In addition to the ‘Gastronomy Days’, the resort has recently launched ‘Kilómetro Cero’ which takes guests to a local high-welfare farm to see where the hotel sources it’s food.Kilómetro Cero has been born of Princesa Yaiza’s restaurant Isla de Lobos’s philosophy to tackle the disintegration of local food traditions and a lack of interest in sustainability
