On 21 and 22 October Chef Thierry Marx will rustle up an Autumnal recipe with ChefHiroshiSasaki,from twoMichelin-starred GionSasakirestaurant in Kyoto. The menu, entitled“Autumn from Kyoto toParis” will offer 6 courses of fusion cuisine at lunch, and 9 courses at dinner.
At the helm of Kyoto-based restaurantGionSasaki, Chef Hiroshi earned two Michelin stars in 2009. His passion for fresh products and his respect for the seasons will be demonstrated for the first time in Paris when Sasaki visits Sur Mesure.
Empassioned by Japanese cuisine, Thierry Marx’s fine diningfood already fuses French and Japanese philosophies and flavours. With Chef Sasaki by his side, Marx will be in his element while creating the French-Japanese menu.
