The time has arrived for yet another exclusive chef takeover at theCreutz & Partners’ Villa Louise cooking facility in Aachen, Germany. This time it will be chef three Michelin star chef, Alain Passardwho will be manning the helm on 7August.

Known for his classic”home cooking” at L’Arpege,Alain Passard uses raw materials such as vegetables, fish, poultry, herbs, spices to create his considered creations.The culinary leader does not seek innovation for innovation. Hecreates a few new recipes each year, enough to stay creative, while letting his works to do the talking.The presentation of the dishes itself owes nothing to chance: the head is considered the tasting, like the kitchen, an art.

The lunch events have been in action since 2012 and offer the chance to have lunch cooked by a guest chef offering theirsignature Michelin-star cuisine. The building itself dates back to the 1870’s and offers a classic Wilhelminian-style backdrop for the exquisite lunches held at Villa Louise.The events have gradually transformed the cooking facility into a world class gathering that brings together topchefs to share their culinary creativity.
