This November 2-4 will see the merging of great Italian minds when three Michelin star, Da Vittorio chefs, Roberto and Enrico Cerea, join forces with London’s award-winning L’Anima restaurant. The brothers offer a true taste of Bergamo, with their authentic Italian cuisine that has formed the foundation of their family run restaurant for over 49 years.
As the sons of Da Vittorio’s founders, Bruna and Vittorio, they have Italian cooking in their blood, and have been witness to the changing nature of Italian cooking, whilst maintaining authentic flavours. Since the two brothers have taken over the kitchen they have managed to earned the restaurant its third Michelin star. With a combination of culinary creativity and only the finest ingredients from the Lobardy region, it is no wonder the restaurant maintains the loyalty of an ever-growing clientele.
With free reign of the kitchens, Enrico and Roberto, will be cooking a special menu for guest to try in the London L’Anima restaurant. With signature dishes at Da Vittoria which include; Casoncelli (Bergamo-style ravioli) of potato and Taleggio cheese with tender baby spinach and black truffle, home made pastas and honey millefuille for dessert, they will no doubt leave the guests wanting more.
