Following the scrumptious success of Taste of London in Regent’s Park this summer, tickets are now on sale for the next instalment of the world’s greatest restaurant festival. Set to kick off the Christmas season in fine foodie style, Taste of London: The Festive Edition will be brimming with London’s tastiest food, festive tipples and exciting masterclasses.
The beautiful Tobacco Dock will house 21 of London’s top restaurants over the four-day event, who will all be serving taster size portions of their delicious dishes. This year’s restaurant line up is set to be the best yet with Tredwell’s, Hix, Bubbledogs, Kurobuta, Café Spice Namaste, Jose Pizarro, Tom’s Kitchen, Daar Bar, Mole Taco Bar, Chi Kitchen and Oldroyd all confirmed. Action Against Hunger will also be returning with their 5* Restaurant bringing Atul Kochar, Tom Hunt, Pascal Aussignac, Peter Gordon and Sophie Michell as their 5* chefs.
Together with returning favourites, the Action Against Hunger 5* Burger restaurant and The Dessert Bar which will feature festive twists on incredible sweet treats from the likes of Chin Chin Labs and Le Freakshaker, The Daily Special also makes a welcome return and will see a line-up of establishments curated by Joe Warwick, including Islington hit Black Axe Mangal and the Slow Down Food team exclusively bringing their latest initiative, the Mexican pop-up, El Barrio. Taste of London : The Festive Edition provides visitors the rare opportunity to curate their own tasting menu from some of the capital’s latest, greatest and most exciting eateries, all under one roof.
There will be plenty of opportunities to get up close and personal with some of the UK’s top chefs at the AEG Taste Theatre where visitors can expect to be inspired by the likes of
Tom Kerridge as he divulges his festive tips and tricks. Taste of London : The Festive Edition is also delighted to welcome back the extremely gifted chef and restaurateur Marcus Wareing who will all be amongst the stellar line up giving a Q&A to foodies fanatics.
For those visitors who want to get a little more involved, AEG Take Taste Further allows them to get hands on with state-of-the-art AEG technology by cooking under the expert guidance of Daylesford Organics cookery school and School of Wok. While those visitors who would rather relax and lap up the festive atmosphere, The Champagne Laurent-Perrier Club House provides the ideal setting along with a perfectly paired dish with one of Laurent-Perrier’s house champagnes.
