Fosh Labis thenewworkshop/Restaurant where Michelin-starred Chef Marc Fosh and his team will develop their creative ideas. A test kitchen and R&D laboratory for our cuisine, a place for imagination, creation, cooking and experimentation.

Serving a constantly changing tasting menu in the evening, Fosh Lab is also a unique place for show cooking, product presentations, corporate events, and even private parties in a unique setting.

Before opening his own restaurant, and while working in a country house hotel, Marc Fosh was thefirst British chef in Spain to have his cuisine awarded a Michelin star. For 2015 and 2016,a star was also awarded to Marc Foshrestaurant – located in a stylish contemporary hotel converted from a 17th-century convent.

Theurban cool décorincludes lots of natural light, modern art, and an indoor water feature. There’s a stylish bar and a central courtyard for fine weather al fresco dining.

The creative modern Mediterranean cuisine reflects Marc’s passion forfresh, seasonal, and local market ingredients, which are cleverly combined to make healthy but delicious-tasting dishes.
