After having been closed for refurbishment for the last 18 months, The Lanesborough is due to reopen next month and it is already on track to supersede its former glory.

The Apsleys restaurant at The Lanesborough hotel has long been known for the exquisite dining experience and luxurious setting it offers guests, and it is now set to wow even more after it’s recent renovation.

Trying to maintain its sophisticated style, the new décor and dining area will be perfected complemented by the impeccably executed menu designed by Chef Patron, Eric Frechon, Paris’ most revered three Michelin-starred chef.

Leading the kitchen under Eric’s expert guidance will be his esteemed protégé, Florian Flavio, who has spent 5 years under Frechon’s wing at the infamous Paris restaurant, Le Bristol.

As Executive Chef of the new look restaurant at The Lanesbourgh, it is hoped that Flavio’s wealth of knowledge from Frechon, along with his international culinary cooking style, will bring a new lease of life to Apsleys.

Using his creative talents and the finest British ingredients, Apsleys at The Lanesborough, indubitably retains its title as one of the top fine dining haunts in London.
