To celebrate its 11th position in the prestigious World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, Mauro Colagreco invites André Chiang, chef of the Restaurant André in Singapore (n°6- Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards 2014), to concoct a four hands menu at the Mirazur.

Bringing togetherthe vegetal universe ofand the exotic cuisine with mediterranean accent of, this FOUR hands dinner will take place on 27 July at the Southern France-based restaurant Mirazur. Sponsored by Relais &Châteaux, Nespresso and San Pellegrino, this really is an unmissable Summerevent.

With strong links to the South of France, chefsMauro Colagreco and André Chiang have worked along side eachother in the past. Their culinary philosophies around grounded in French cuisine and regional produce, but their flavours and techniques remain disparate. Using freshly grown vegetables from Mirazur’s garden, the chefs are planning to bring their culinary expertise together for a night of Summer delights.
