Golden Martini

Ingredients

40 ml Elephant Gin

20ml Genever

10 ml Red Vermouth

1 barspoon Talisker

1/2 barspoon Maraschino

2 dashes Absinthe

Grapefruit Twist

Method

Simply stir together with ice and strain. Serve in a martini glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Hazlenut Elephant

Ingredients

60ml Elephant Sloe Gin

1 Bs Hazelnut Liqueur

2 dashes Bitter Truth Spiced Chocolate Bitters

Method

Shake and strain and serve in a julep cup with fresh mint leaves as the garnish.

Sloe Punch

Ingredients

25ml Elephant Gin

25ml Elephant Sloe Gin

25ml Lemon juice

10ml Cherry brandy

10ml Sugar syrup

3 dashes Cardamom Bitters

Method

Stir ingredients with ice and top up with soda and garnish with a wheel of fresh apple.
