For one night only this autumn, Château Margaux and Chef Pascal Meynard will be presenting Lisbon’s most exclusive epicurean encounter
Taking place on Thursday, September 27, Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon will provide the stage for an exclusive gourmet performance. Honouring Executive Chef Pascal Meynard’s French roots and the world-class vines and viticulture of Château Margaux, the City of Seven Hills presents a unique menu of seven courses, perfectly paired with four Margaux wines.
Few vineyards can boast five forward-looking centuries of history and excellence. Epitomising the art of winemaking, Château Margaux’s superior terroir, tannins and talents make beholding – and sipping on – their wines an act of beauty. This evening will offer a rare opportunity to sample them alongside exceptional cuisine.
Thibault Pontallier, Global Ambassador for Château Margaux – and son of the estate’s legendary winemaker for more than two decades, Paul Pontallier – will be co-hosting the evening with event organiser Sylvie Marques Martine, Director of Vinitrust, in a rare chance to discover estate anecdotes and its celebrated savoir-faire.
