Four apprentices or trainees from a pastry shop or restaurant will have the chance to get personal training with Andy Vorbusch or Matthias Ludwigs, two of Germany’s biggest master pastry chefs. They will spend one day backstage at the star chef’s establishment and another day assisting them at their on-stage appearance at the semi-finals of the competition on 28 September in Cologne.
