The three Michelin-starred venue will be taking their pop-up on the road this ski season, flying from the sunny beaches of East Hampton to the mountains of Aspen to open the delectable E.M.P Winter House at the St. Regis Aspen Resort.
Join the award-winning team as they serve up a storm of casual après ski dining in one of America’s most luxurious towns. Dishes are set to take inspiration from the mountainous surroundings and by Chef Daniel Humm’s upbringing in Switzerland, providing a relaxed taste of the New York original.
Diners can expect an a la carte menu, tempting desserts and plenty of cocktails and wine offerings.
Temptations are set to include:
• Oysters: On the Half Shell with Cocktail Sauce & Mignonette
• Shrimp cocktail with Tomato, Horseradish, Chili & Lemon
• Scallop ceviche
• Beef tartare with Gaufrettes, Mustard & Horseradish
• Humm Dog: Bacon-Wrapped with Gruyère & Celery Relish
• Lobster Roll with Brown Butter & Bibb Lettuce
• Burger: Dry-Aged with Cheddar & Onion
• Chicken Schnitzel: Sandwich with Holstein Sauce
• Lobster Salad
No winter restaurant could open without a dessert offering, either. Hungry gourmands can sink their teeth into Chestnut Purée with Vanilla Ice Cream & Meringue, Mousse with Crème Fraîche and a boozy Lemon Sherbet with Brut Champagne.
Whilst reservations for the dining room and special large format experiences are exclusively available to American Express Card Members, walk-in seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
