Garnish | Basil leaf

Ingredients

40ml The Botanist gin

20ml Pollen Street Social white wine, Anjou, Loire, France (100% Chenin Blanc)

15ml Pollen Street Social cardamom & elderflower cordial

1 bar spoon Pollen Street Social cedarwood and vetiver syrup

6 fresh basil leaves

20ml freshly squeezed lime juice

Method

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Make sure the mixture is shaken then double strainbeforepouring over a clear ice block into a goblet glass. Garnish with a basil leaf and freshly groundpepper. Enjoy!
