Garnish | Asparagus

Ingredients

50ml Belvedere

25ml lemongrass and ginger cordial

25ml lemon juice

20ml honey

1 asparagus with sesame muddled with oyster sauce

Method

Muddle the asparagus (covered with sesame seeds and oyster sauce) in the tin, add the rest of the ingredients. Then shake and double strain beforeservingin a martini glass. Garnish with asparagus on a skewer and enjoy.
