Set to open on 5 June, COYA Ibiza marks a significant shift for the brand. Known internationally for its Peruvian-inspired restaurants and music-led atmosphere, COYA is expanding beyond dining for the first time with the launch of COYA Beach and its debut collection of rooms and suites in Playa d’en Bossa.
The opening introduces COYA’s first fully integrated beach and stay experience, positioning the brand within Ibiza’s increasingly competitive luxury hospitality landscape. Located within The Site Ibiza — a new lifestyle destination that also includes BLESS Ibiza The Site — the project combines accommodation, beach club culture, gastronomy, retail and music under one concept.
At the centre of the launch is COYA’s first collection of guestrooms and suites, a move that reflects the company’s wider ambitions to evolve into a broader lifestyle brand. Designed as the closest stay to COYA Beach, the accommodation places guests directly within the social rhythm of the venue, where afternoons at the beach transition naturally into evenings shaped by cocktails, dining and music programming.
The interiors follow COYA’s established visual identity, combining natural materials, earthy tones and subtle Latin American references. Sea-facing views across Playa d’en Bossa are paired with a softer, more restrained atmosphere intended to balance the energy of the beach club itself.
Accommodation categories range from COYA Vista Rooms with private balconies to the more secluded COYA Selva rooms, which include private gardens and jacuzzis. The flagship COYA Mirador Suite sits at the top of the offering, featuring a rooftop terrace, sea views, jacuzzi and Balinese bed.
Guests staying on property will also receive a number of dedicated benefits tied to the COYA Beach experience, including access to the COYA Pisco Bar, priority restaurant reservations, preferred sunbed access, direct beach entry and dedicated guest relations services. Each booking also connects to the COYA Rewards programme, which extends across the group’s international destinations.
For COYA, Ibiza represents a natural extension of a brand identity already rooted in music, nightlife and social dining. The company currently operates venues in London, Marbella, Monaco and Dubai, with Ibiza becoming its first destination to fully combine hospitality, beach culture and accommodation into a single concept.
“Ibiza has always held a unique energy that aligns so naturally with COYA’s spirit; a place where music, culture, food and connection come together in a way that feels instinctive to us,” says Yannis Stanisiere, Chief Operating Officer of COYA. “Bringing COYA Beach to the island, alongside our first-ever rooms and suites, marks an exciting evolution of the brand, allowing us to create an experience that extends far beyond dining.”
Alongside hospitality, the Ibiza opening will also incorporate a curated retail component, with partnerships including Orlebar Brown, which will launch a COYA-branded capsule collection, and APM Monaco, which will present both its Meteorites collection and a new seasonal line at the property.
The wider development forms part of The Site Ibiza, a luxury destination built around hospitality, gastronomy, fashion, retail and wellness. COYA joins a broader collection of dining concepts within the property, reinforcing Playa d’en Bossa’s continued repositioning towards more design-led, experience-driven hospitality.
The Ibiza launch also arrives during a period of continued global growth for the brand. Originally established in 2014 at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, COYA has developed a reputation for combining Peruvian-inspired cuisine with contemporary design, music programming and nightlife culture. Over the years, the group has received recognition from MICHELIN, Gault&Millau and Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants.
