If you love fine dining with a focus on sustainability, don’t miss out on the exclusive Chefs Dinner 2018 event at Finland’s Ask restaurant.

Enjoy Michelin-starred dishes with a focus on sustainability at this upcoming special evening in Helsinki. Finland’s popular restaurant Ask will be hosting its exciting Chefs Dinner 2018 on 6th May with an exciting lineup of culinary talent set to attend.

Visiting chefs will include Paul Ivic (of Tian Wien), Toni Kostian (of Grön Helsinki), René Mammen (of Substans Aarhus), Mikael Svensson (of Kontrast Oslo) & Sayan Isaksson (of Esperanto Stockholm) plus plenty more.

The event take place at sister restaurant Jord in Kampin Kortteli, with a menu set to be filled with tastebud treats. The event is taking place once again following the outstanding success of 2017’s inaugural event.

A small and intimate restaurant with a petite 22 seats in Helsinki, Ask offers a daily set menu with carefully selected beverage menus. All produce is sourced from small farmers and producers. All products comes from organic or biodynamic farming, except the game, wild fish and other foraged products. The Michelin-awarded venue takes inspiration comes from the nature, the environment and the people around.
