Taking place from 13 – 14th July, Singapore’s iconic rooftop restaurant CÉ LA VI is set to partner with internationally acclaimed Chef Ton of Le Du , Bangkok for a delectable two-day showcase of his modern cuisine. A premier rooftop dining destination soaring 57 levels above the city, enjoy spectacular views alongside Chef Ton’s award-winning food.
Ranked 14 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018, this is an edible experience not to be missed. Chef Ton of Le Du will serve dishes focusing on seasonal local produce whilst honouring Thailand’s traditional culinary culture. He’ll join forces with CÉ LA VI’s executive Chef Joey Sergentakis to treat guests to an immersive dining experience marrying innovative Modern Asian with Modern Thai cuisine.
The five-course lunch menu is set to include:
• Cured Fluke, chili & cilantro snow,
• Snow fish, young coconut, chu chee curry
• Durian panna cotta & smoked coconut by Chef Ton
• Chef Joey’sLo Soi Poached Foie Gras, hazelnut & pomegranates molasses
• Wagyu beef cheek, tamarind, crispy spinach noodles.
The 7-course dinner menu will also include highlights such as Scallop & oyster ceviche, young coconut, caviar, Cured Fluke, and Venison, fennel & black pepper.
