Alain Devahive Tolosa, the famed chef of El Bulli, where he worked for ten years, will lead Catalunya Hong Kong’s launch. Curating a menu to reflect Spain’s current position as one of the world’s leading culinary destinations, the Barcelona-born chef will share his creativity with diners and fellow chefs, with a menu that will feature some of the signature dishes from its sister restaurant in Singapore, including Cod Esqueixada, Roasted Meat Cannelloni,Lobster Rice, Roasted Suckling Pig with Lemon Puree, and Spanish Bombas andTruffle Bikini.

The opening team at Catalunya Hong Kong team has worked in restaurants in Spain including El Bulli, El Celler de Can Roca, Mugaritz, Arzak and Restaurante Martín Berasategui.

Catalunya is scheduled for soft launch next month, located in Wanchai, Hong Kong.
