Braci, Singapore To Host Four Hands Dinner This July

Two of Asia’s finest restaurants are teaming up for a seven-course feast with an Italian edge.

Join two of Asia’s most exclusive restaurants this July for an exciting collaboration dinner. Braci, Singapore will join forces wth Takazawa, Japan for an exciting four-hands dinner taking place at the end of the month.

For two nights only, Restaurateur-Chef Beppe De Vito’s (of one-Michelin-star Braci,​ Singapore) will be teaming up with Chef Yoshiaki Takazawa (of Takazawa​, Japan) for a seven-course extravaganza on 27 and 28 July.

The duo will collaborate to treat diners to a blend of creative and contemporary dishes for two consecutive evenings. The one-off menu will feature original dishes created by the two chefs specially for the event.

Chef Takazawa will pay homage to Braci’s Italian origin with his playful take on classic Italian dishes, while Beppe will combine his love of Japanese culinary culture with his Italian roots.

The menu is set to include: Vegetable Parfait Tomato, parmesan, basil Tiramisù Sweet corn, hairy crab Scallop Spaghetti Sea urchin Caciotta Cheese Tortellini Black truffle, smoked marrow, chanterelles Kagoshima Wagyu Almonds, beetroot, confit yolk and more.

A rooftop bar and restaurant, Braci is the ideal setting for the summer occasion. Perched on the rooftop of a restored heritage shophouse along the Singapore River, the trendy interiors offer the perfect space to unwind and enjoy the talented chefs’ seven-course fun.
