50ml Belsazar Rose Vermouth

10ml lemon juice

10ml raspberry coulis

10ml hibiscus syrup

Top off with champagne (brut)


Shake all the ingredients except for the champagne and strain into a flute. Top off with champagne and with a twist of lemon.
