The twentieth anniversary celebrations at Lasarte continue this summer with a culinary collaboration that brings together two of Europe’s most respected gastronomic institutions. On 30 June, the three Michelin-starred Barcelona restaurant and flagship of Martín Berasategui’s culinary universe will welcome Enrico Cerea of Da Vittorio for an exclusive four-hands dinner, uniting six Michelin stars at a single table.
Led by Executive Chef Paolo Casagrande, Lasarte will host the celebrated Cerea family, whose restaurant near Bergamo has long been regarded as one of Italy’s defining addresses for fine dining. Founded by Vittorio Cerea and now led by his children, Da Vittorio has built its reputation on a cuisine rooted in exceptional produce, technical precision, and a deeply personal sense of hospitality, with family presence remaining central to both the kitchen and dining room experience.
The evening marks a meeting of two restaurants connected not only by acclaim, but by a shared culinary philosophy. At both Lasarte and Da Vittorio, refinement is paired with warmth, and technical excellence is balanced by a generosity that places the guest experience at the centre of the table.
The menu, priced at €390 per person with an optional wine pairing available for €150, will offer a culinary exchange between Barcelona and Italy. Paolo Casagrande’s signatures—including crayfish with ajoblanco, black garlic and horseradish, and aged pigeon with parfait—will sit alongside some of Da Vittorio’s most celebrated dishes. Guests can expect the restaurant’s famed Uovo all’Uovo, paccheri served with a three-tomato sauce, and the iconic cannoncini filled with Da Vittorio’s fermented pastry cream.
The collaboration forms part of Lasarte’s wider 20th-anniversary programme, which sees the restaurant open its kitchen to some of Europe’s leading chefs and longstanding peers. It follows April’s landmark opening event, which brought together nine Michelin stars in partnership with Aqua and Amador, setting the tone for a year dedicated to celebrating the relationships, ideas, and shared pursuit of excellence that continue to shape contemporary European fine dining.
For one evening, Lasarte’s dining room will become the setting for a conversation between two culinary traditions—one Spanish, one Italian—united by craftsmanship, precision, and an enduring respect for hospitality.
