1 Atlantis Restaurant Week 
From 27th September to 6th October, make the most of the resort’s extraordinary set menus across its signature restaurants. The exciting spread includes Japanese fusion at Nobu, British classics at Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, authentic Lebanese at Ayamna, mouth-watering steaks at Seafire Steakhouse and more. Featuring a selection of delicious signature dishes, it’s the perfect excuse to tick off Dubai’s best restaurants at Atlantis, one by one.

2 Nobu Matsuhisa At Nobu
Get ready to meet the man behind Nobu and its legendary miso-marinated Black Cod. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is dropping into Atlantis, The Palm from the 27th – 29th September. On the night of the 27th and 28th, an Omakase set menu dinner will feature a special appearance by Nobu himself, and on Friday 28th, join the resort for our much-loved World of Nobu Brunch serving signature dishes from 14 Nobu locations around the world.

3 La Bottega Night At Ronda Locatelli
Italian fans, you’re in for a treat. Michelin star chef Giorgio Locatelli’s award restaurant, Ronda Locatelli have created the ultimate grape and cheese night to celebrate the exciting culinary month.  At the  ‘La Bottega’ evening on 4th October, guests can feast on a buffet of the finest Italian delicacies including, street food, salads, cold cuts and a vast selection of cheeses. Plus, for a little extra, you can enjoy free flowing wine too.

4 Gordon Ramsay At Bread Street Kitchen
Looking for something to sharpen your palate? Meeting celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay will do the trick! Not only is he dropping by his restaurant, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar on 11th October, he’s hosting a range of exceptional gourmand events that you won’t want to miss.

5 Four Hands Dinner With Chef Raymond Wong & Reuben Riffel
The more hands, the merrier! Seafire Steakhouse & Bar’s Chef Raymond Wong will be hosting a Four Hands Dinner with South African celebrity chef Reuben Riffel on Thursday 18th and Friday 19th of October. Expect the finest steaks and an electric atmosphere as Raymond and Reuben join forces on what will be two evenings to remember.

6 A Night Of Caviar At Ossiano Underwater Restaurant & Bar
What better place to enjoy caviar than within an underground restaurant? In celebration of all things caviar, Ossiano will present a very special 6-course degustation extravaganza on 13th October, featuring exclusive caviars from around the globe. The menu will include Kristal Caviar and Gillardeau oysters, Beluga Caviar with Plankton Blanc and White Sturgeon Caviar with Milk Foam for dessert.

7 Four Hands Dinner With Chef Gregoire Berger & Chef Himanshu Saini
Finally, to bid farewell to a month of culinary delights, multi-award winning Grégoire Berger will be hosting a Four Hands Dinner with Chef Himanshu Saini of the progressive Indian restaurant, Tresind. Happening on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th of October in Atlantis’ mesmerising underwater restaurant, Ossiano, both Grégoire and Himanshu will be taking centre stage to create an exciting gastronomic journey for diners. 11 courses of heaven await – don’t miss out!
