Apple of My Eye


4oz Cardinal Gin (product of North Carolina)

2oz Apple Tea infused Riesling Wine

.5oz simple syrup

Dried hibiscus and organic violas, for garnish


Stir all ingredients together in a cocktail Quido vessel by Martin Jakobsen.

*note- as the dried hibiscus rehydrates, it changes the colour of the cocktail to a deep red.
