Angler Launches ‘Taste of Spring’ Menu

Angling for some foodie action? Michelin-starred London seafood restaurant, Angler, has just launched its ‘Taste of Spring’ menu.

Ideal for a refreshing bite, Executive Chef Gary Foulkes has created a menu centred around ingredients in their prime this spring.

The delectable London menu has such a focus on seasonality that dishes can change on a daily basis, but may include the likes of Warm salt cod, seaweed, smoked eel, Wye Valley asparagus and Steamed lemon sole, cheese and potato dumplings, mousseron, Wye Valley asparagus.

This delicious array of seasonal dishes will be enjoyed in the venue’s ultra-sleek surroundings with mirrored ceilings and 7th floor views.

The ‘Taste of Spring’ menu is available for both lunch and dinner during the week for the very reasonable price of £45, including a glass of Moet & Chandon, canapés and three courses.
