Japan’s largest airline, All Nippon Airways, is teaming up with Luxeat to bring some of Japan’s best chefs to Paris for a set of exciting Culinary Journeys this February.

All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Luxeat have invited three of Tokyo’s best shokunins to cook in Paris from 7-9 February 2020 alongside Michelin starred Omiya Toshitaka at his restaurant Affinité.

This year’s event will see Shingo Takahashi the chef-owner of Tokyo’s renowned Sho-style sushiya Takumi Shingo; budding Michelin-starred tempura master Tomokazu Maehira and famed Wagyu maestro Kentaro Nakahara cooking their signature dishes in France’s most romantic city.

Thanks to ANA’s support, the much-loved chefs will close their restaurants in Tokyo and jet off to Europe to share an authentic taste of Japan with fellow foodies. The Culinary Journeys are also supported by Rossini Caviar (@rossinicaviar) who will provide caviar for select dishes, and sake sommelier Pablo Alomar Salvioni who will lead the sake and wine pairing accompanying the meals.

The tickets are limited, and can be purchased here.
