Adam Smith, winner of The Observer’s Young Chef of The Year Award 2012 and Roux Scholarship Winner 2012, brings 10 years of culinary expertise and experience with him. He is hoping to gain himself a Michelin star with a brand new innovative menu created especially for The Burlington Restaurant. Even Michael Roux SnrOBE himself has declared that Adam “is definitely one to watch.”

The young chef, originally from Birmingham, intends to make a mark with his imaginative menus and creative culinary flair. Previously Executive sous chef at The Ritz, London Adam has ambitions to achieve some of the highest accolades in his career with Devonshire Hotels & Restaurants.

To celebrate the appointment of new Head Chef Adam Smith, and the overwhelming success of their ‘All About Adam’ introductory offer -Devonshire Hotels & Restaurants are delighted extend their special rate of £199 until the end of August.

The celebratory rate includes an a la carte dinner prepared by Adam Smith, a cosy bedroom at The Devonshire Arms Country House Hotel on The Bolton Abbey estate, and a Yorkshire breakfast the next morning for only £199.
