AA Chef’s Chef – Tom Kerridge

Last night, 23 September 2013, saw some of the UK’s most celebrated chefs and figures from the hospitality services descending upon the quarters of The London Hilton, Park Lane. With food by Sat Bains, the awards kicked off to a tremendous start, with accolades going to Tom Kerridge of The Hand and Flowers in Marlow who was awarded AA Chef’s Chef Award, Harry Murray who was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award and many more. Gidleigh Park, Chagford

Headed by two Michelin star chef Michael Caines, Gidleigh Park was one of only two restaurants this year to achieve five rosette status

Midsummer House, Cambridge

Two Michelin starred Executive chef of Midsummer House, Daniel Clifford’s culinary style has been described as having a ‘modern focus which is underpinned by a classical French technique offering seriously sophisticated food with arriving dressed to thrill’. Added to that, good enough to garner 5 AA rosettes at this year’s AA hospitality awards alongside Michelin star chef Michael Caines.
