With a party at Sub-Zero’sGerman showroom in Taufkirchen, the celebrations were accompanied by workshops, cooking demonstrations, fine dining and exceptional wines. “What started as a free-standing freezer has become a company unrivalled in its field and is today known throughout the world for its design and highest technical standards,” said Steve Dunlap, vice president of Sub-Zero and Wolf, INC.
The massive birthday cake was certainly a highlight, but the 150 guests were also treated to a first glance of new-generation devices that have never been seen in Europe before. And indeed, Sub-Zero and Wolf are currently about to launch their biggest ever product roll-out of all time. One such appliance was the new M-series oven which operates with a completely new and patented “verti-cross-system”, guaranteeing perfect results.
Guests were also able to sample dishes by top chefs Sebastian Copien and Reinhard Angerer and patissière Veronique Witzigmann added to the delights with her sweet desserts. Her father and guest of honour, Eckart Witzigmann, was visibly impressed by the Sub-Zero and Wolf devices.
