Chef Francesco Voce is treating gourmands to a taste of his famed cuisine at Hotel Baltschug Kempinski in Moscow for one month only.

Available for a limited time from 1 to 31 March 2019, the famed Italian chef Francesco Voce is inviting guests to taste authentic flavours of his homeland at Hotel Baltschug Kempinski in the heart of Moscow.

Voce, who boasts more than 30 years of culinary expertise, along with his partner Maurizio Pizzuti, will be revealing their signature gastronomic secrets for a spring treat.

Francesco has created a special menu for lunch and dinner, featuring 25 dishes filled with fine dining Italian classics. What’s more, the restaurant will transformed into a space that will leave diners feeling as if they’ve walked into a classic Rome or Milan hotspot.

On the menu, foodies can taste the best specialities from the chef: linguine with fresh lobster and Mediterranean sauce, octopus with marinated artichokes, baked lamb shank with porcini mushrooms, paccheri di Gragnano with cuttlefish, clams, sun-dried tomatoes and Marsala wine sauce, and tiramisu prepared according to the family recipe.

The dish on Francesco Voce
Born in Southern Italy, Francesco Voce is dedicated to preserving classic Italian recipes, choosing products of exceptional premium quality.

While creating each culinary composition, Francesco gives an important role to seasoning, namely herbs: oregano, rosemary, basil and thyme.

Francesco’s cuisine reflects the traditions of his native Calabria region, which has long been famous for its excellent seafood: the new menu features dishes from sea bass, tuna and dorado, as well as his culinary hit – seafood soup.

Francesco Voce chose his future career at only 15 years old, when he began to help his father in the family Italian restaurant La piazza in Germany. He gained experience working as a foreign cuisine chef to a chef at leading Italian restaurants in Bavaria: Valtellina, Ferrari, Tartufo and Villa D’este.

Since 2002, Francesco Voce has been working in Moscow. Over a period of 16 years, he has been in charge of the cuisine of such restaurants in Russia’s capital as Assaggiatorea, Roberto and Pepe Nero.

In September 2014, Francesco Voce completed a course at the famous Barilla Parma Italia Academy. For 12 years, Francesco Voce has been a part of restaurant projects managed by Maurizio Pizzuti, who has been working in the industry for more than three decades.
