The magazine, published by FOUR provides a great overview on the figure of Carlo Cracco and his world. Featuring some of his greatest recipes, Carlo brings us beyond the scenes of his new restaurant Da Carlo e Camilla in Segheria located near the picturesque area of Navigli in Milan.

In the first edition, which was launched in June 2014, there were interesting reviews about the best restaurants and wines offered by some of the greatest names of the food & wine sector such as Andrea Petrini, the road manager of Cook ‘n’ Roll by GELINAZ and the president of the French division of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants. There was also a special feature on cocktails available thanks to the special cooperation of the Bar Manager,Luca Marcellin from the Foyer of the Four Seasons Hotel Milano.He prepared four of his great prize-winning cocktails for the readers of CRACCO by FOUR.

Our second edition, which is being released in the next few days will reveal further inside insight into Carlo Cracco’s culinary world.
