Technohull, the acclaimed Greek shipyard renowned for its advanced hydrodynamics and luxury watercraft, introduces the new XPD 46—a long-range, versatile model that blends exceptional seakeeping with elevated comfort and functionality.
Part of Technohull’s Expedition Series, it represents a new chapter for the brand: an adventure-oriented craft engineered for year-round, all-weather use without sacrificing the precision, build quality, and style that define the shipyard’s DNA. Engineered for long passages and capable performance in varying sea conditions, it’s ideal for yacht owners and seasoned seafarers who value endurance, safety, and comfort on the water.
Built for Exploration & Comfort
Created to deliver exceptional seaworthiness, the XPD 46 integrates a state-of-the-art Dynastream deep-V hull featuring twin ventilated steps, variable deadrise geometry and a wave-piercing bow with high flare—engineered to provide a smoother ride, better dryness, exceptional handling, and up to 30% greater efficiency than those of its competitors.
At the same time, the deck layout emphasises social living and functional comfort. With a full walk-around deck, generous beam, and expansive open-air areas, the design ensures effortless movement and comfortable lounging. A large aft sunbed is incorporated as standard, complete with a forward-facing sofa. At the bow, another generous sunbed offers an alternative spot to unwind, bathing guests in uninterrupted views.
The interior living area, meanwhile, is completely weatherproof, featuring a fully protected convertible superstructure with sliding doors, a retractable roof, and a fully opening aft window. Inside, the cockpit ensures pleasant cruising with its row of three ergonomically designed bucket seats, perfectly positioned for driving, alongside a wide, easy-to-reach console outfitted with the best-in-class navigation and control systems.
The interior lounge, complete with a generous U-shaped seating arrangement and sleek table, invites convivial moments both while cruising or at anchor. Owners can also personalise the layout, with flexible seating, wet bar, and storage configurations that match their preferred boating style, without compromising the core architecture and deck flow.
Likewise, cabin accommodation has been thoughtfully designed to be both luxurious and practical: the XPD 46 offers a sumptuous master cabin at the front with a double bed and a separate head room with a shower and storage cabinets, an aft cabin with an oversized double bed, plus an additional cabin beneath the bow sunbed suitable for one more person (for example, a skipper or crew). Each space is elegantly decorated, setting a new standard for privacy and comfort on the water.
Performance Meets Practicality
The XPD 46 supports engine options of twin or three outboards, or twin in-board diesels, giving significant flexibility in powertrain for different usage styles. Technical specifications include a length overall (LOA) of 14.85 m, beam of 4.40 m, fuel capacity of 2,000 L, water capacity of 350 L, light ship weight of approximately 12,000 kg, maximum installed power up to 1,800 hp, cruising speed around 40 mph and a top speed of 65+ mph.
These figures underline the XPD 46’s dual nature: a craft engineered with serious offshore capability, yet styled and appointed for elevated day-cruising, island-hopping or superyacht-tender roles.
