A sleek new flagship Marriott Edition hotel is coming to Hollywood next year – offering luxury suites as well as beautiful residences for those looking to stay longer.
Joining the portfolio of unique Edition hotels around the globe, the new opening will bring a dose of modern glamour to the sun-soaked streets of Hollywood.
Developed by the Witkoff Group and New Valley as part of a larger Marriott Edition hotel project, the new property will feature 190 guest rooms and restaurant space. It’ll come complete with a pampering spa, a fitness centre, and a second rooftop pool terrace too.
Found on the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Doheny Drive in West Hollywood, the development team behind the project has unveiled renderings for the 20 condominiums that will occupy the upper floors of the 13-story building.
Designed by John Pawson with direction from Ian Schrager, The Edition Residences, will off one to four bedrooms with 1,659 to 6,415 square feet of interior space. The ambitious plans also include a rooftop pool and terrace for further Cali sunshine fun.
