Located in the northern part of the island near Pollensa, this family-owned hotel was once a former monastery dating back to the 12th century. Surrounded by nature, its rural setting means its ideal for guests looking to disconnect.
Ideal for groups, each two-bedroom villa suite (situated in the hotel’s idyllic gardens) combines space and privacy while remaining fully serviced. Spanning 100sqm inside, along with over 130sqm of surrounding private terrace and gardens, the large suites offer sophisticated style. Renowned Spanish architect Carmen Pinós has lead this new expansion at Son Brull, from the structural design to the landscaping and interiors.
Expect exterior stone walls, light wood furnishings in soft colours and textures, as well as local artwork throughout. Each villa will also proudly feature a piece of artwork from a young member of the hotel’s family, an accomplished artist herself, adding a special touch of the family’s personality. The suites will each offer two en-suite bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, double bath and rain shower. Bathrooms meanwhile, will feature zesty home-made products created from oranges sourced locally.
A spacious and open living room complete with a cosy fireplace, B&O television, Google Chromecast, Nespresso coffee machine, fully-stocked minibar fridge and Wi-Fi makes the ideal place to unwind in privacy. In typical Son Brull style, the villas will pay homage to the beautiful nature of Mallorca, featuring living roofs and surrounded by vineyards and private gardens. Don’t forget to pack your swimming costume – each villa suite will have their own private outdoor lap pool, heated to 24 degrees Celsius and measuring 5×2 metres in size and 1.5 metres in depth.
These brand-new villa suites are the latest addition to the hotel, following the exciting launch of its new spa in March. The entire hotel is based on getting back to nature, and the spa and its treatments reflect this ethos too.
