Located in China’s capital city, The Bulgari Hotel Beijing offers an oasis of tranquility in a city of over 20 million residents…

The Bulgari Hotel Beijing adds a new jewel to The Bulgari Hotels & Resorts luxury hospitality collection. Referred to as an ‘urban resort’, the property is located in the heart of the exclusive Embassy District, in China’s capital city. Blending art with nature, the Hotel is situated adjacent to the Genesis Art Foundation, and surrounded by lush, sculpted gardens.

The Bulgari Hotel Beijing, entirely designed by the renowned Architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, is an intimate oasis where the discerning traveller and the Beijing’s sophisticated elite may encounter nature and art. With lush gardens extending to the riverside, and walkways alongside it, the hotel’s 119 Rooms and Suites, including the Bulgari Suite, are complemented by a 1500-square-metre BVLGARI SPA, 25-metre pool, private park, Il Ristorante, Il Bar, and a BVLGARI ballroom, establishing a new benchmark for enlightened luxury living and personalised services.

Il Ristorante, the award-winning concept from Niko Romito, is open for lunch and dinner, with the 70-seat restaurant also offering spectacular views over the park. Il ristorante Niko Romito features exquisite furniture to ensure a seamless dining experience, including custom-designed Murano glass chandeliers and chairs and columns wrapped in dark-brown leather to contrast the lighter tones of the walls and floor.

Hailing from the Italian region of Abruzzo, Michelin-starred chef Niko Romito is the genius behind the gourmet delicacies at Il Ristorante. For the Bulgari Hotel Beijing, Romito established a true “canon” of contemporary Italian cooking by especially designing a new concept which preserves his fundamental philosophy of simplicity, synthesis and a quest for the quintessence of flavor.

Working from his headquarter in Italy and regularly counselling his personally-trained resident chef, Romito brings to the dining rooms of the Bulgari Hotel Beijing a menu that optimally expresses the culture, elegance and vitality of “Made in Italy”.

Overlooking Beijing’s Embassy District buildings – typically only a few storeys high – the view from The Bulgari Hotel Beijing is uninterrupted and entirely dramatic. The sculpted gardens that surround the property incorporate various landscape concepts, creating an oasis of green serenity within an urban city capital. Designed by the renowned landscape designer Enzo Enea, the river acts as the most important source of inspiration, giving the property its distinction – and the entire landscaping unfolds from it. From the riverside walkway, the guests’ experience ripples inward toward the hotel, allowing for quiet moments and relaxing panoramas.
