Whenever Stockinger develops a new safe, they have a clear aim: to build the world’s finest bespoke safe. Uncompromising security; perfect craftsmanship; totally individual exterior and interior design. Masterpieces for people that are only satisfied by the best.

Therefore, Stockinger safes have a home in the high nobilities’ residences, as well as in the villas and yachts of top athletes and film stars, businessmen’s penthouses, and private collector’ lofts. With this in mind, discretion is also one of the key factors in the longevity of Stockinger’s success.

Handmade in Germany since 1978

When Hans Stockinger started building safes in Munich in 1978, he had
a vision – he did not only want to built the world’s most secure safes, but the world’s most beautiful safes as well.

Safes that integrate perfectly into elegant private interiors and that were meant to free the valuable collections of passionate owners of jewelry, watches, and art from grey safe deposit boxes and cellar safes.

Today, more than 30 years later, this vision is as alive as before, and is mirrored in every detail of all the Stockinger safes.

Highest level of security

All over the world, demanding collectors entrust Stockinger safes with their most valuable pieces because thanks to their unique construction, armoring and the patented locking system, Stockinger safes fulfill the highest requirements.

The security classification of the German insurance company association “Verband deutscher Sachversicherer” is VDS III, IV or V (CD), based on EU norm 1143-1 and corresponds to that of banks. The result: no Stockinger safe could ever be opened by force and they promise to keep it that way!

Timeless masterpieces

Aside from the security features, the bespoke craftsmanship of Stockinger safes is second-to-none. More than 30 experts participate in the production of one Stockinger safe including industrial and graphic designers, metal workers and varnishers, saddlers and sewers. All components are hand made in Germany or Switzerland.

One of the more recent highlights of the Stockinger product line include state-of-the-art, bespoke watch winder modules. In order to offer an exclusive framework to your valuable watches, Stockinger has also created their watch winder modules as an independent feature to their safes. For your walk-in wardrobe, cupboards or safe/panic rooms, any number of precision watch winders is possible. The design of the modules is fully custom-made matching your requirements, ensuring the highest precision for your haute horlogerie.

Each drum has its own motor and can be programmed individually to move your watches independently to keep the barrel tension always in the optimum range. The design of each watch winder module uses exclusive materials that are tailored to your individual requirements, with security glass, engravings, yacht-watch, thermometer and barometer features all possible upon request.

So, whether you are passionate for watches, jewelry, art or objects of design, Stockinger will tailor-make matching safes and safe rooms of craftsman’s perfection.
