From 20-24 September, Mosaic restaurant at Mandarin Oriental, Doha will be collaborating with The Oberoi Group to bring a taste of India to Qatar. The three visiting guest chefs will offer a once-off menu of their signature dishes, including Keema Kulcha and Curry Leaf Laccha Paratha and Dal Makhani soup for starters; Murgh Butter Masala, Alleppey Lobster Curry and Awadhi Nalli Nihari for mains; and Dried-Apricot Ka Meetha and Coconut Ice Cream Gud Nariyal for dessert.

Celebrated chef Izu Ani is presenting a special set menu at his restaurant IZU on the hotel’s first floor.
