Each month of the ‘Festival of Colour’ is associated with a different colour and theme, and for August, it’s green. The smell of freshly cut herbs, morning dew glistening on tender shoot – the entire month of fun has been inspired by the tranquil and lush surrounds of Soneva Fushi.
From a new menu at Fresh in the Garden restaurant to several Michelin-starred dinners taking place in honour of all things natural, the experiences are ideal for a last-minute gourmet getaway.
The exciting chef appearances are as follows…
At Soneva Fushi, the three-starred Chef Kenji Gyoten returns for a night of gastronomic delights. Meanwhile, Chef Christian Le Squer, with three Michelin stars and the two-starred Chef Kiko Moya will also share their signature cooking styles with guests. Christian will be at Soneva Fushi from August 11-25, Kenji from August 18-29, and Kiko from August 25 to September 1
Those with a penchant for sake can also delve into the subtle nuances of sake with a tasting accompanied by Japanese tapas.
At Soneva Jani, Master Chef Joe Barza will also be treating diners to his renowned Lebanese cuisine from August 22-28.
Post-feasts, recline within the luxurious original desert hideaway.
