Designer and property developer, Joseph Leone, has announced plans for his latest project, Le Palais Royal, a $159million chateau to be built in South Florida by November.

Real estate developer Joseph Leone today announces that chateau Le Palais Royal located onFlorida’s Hillsboro Beach will be completed November, 2016 offering several new enhancements fit for royalty. Taking its inspiration from France’s infamous, Palace of Versailles,Le Palais Royal will sitbetween the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway totaling about five acres, and is currently priced at $159 million.

Leone has spent more than ten years designing and developing the castle with the goal of creating “something completely different than what’s been done in America.” With more than $7 million worth of 22 carat gold leaf, Le Palais has 13 water features—one of which is a 27-foot-tall waterfall— custom marble stairssurrendered with hand made solid wroughtiron railing with 22 carat gold leaf thatcost over $3 million and over $1 million on Trompe L’oeil and murals. More than 2 million man-hours have been required to build Le Palais Royal and over half million leaves of 22 carat gold leaf have been used in the gold leafing throughout the Palais.

The main house has 11 bedrooms, including a master suite with a private heated plunge pool on the balcony. It also features the first 18-seat IMAX home theater in the world, a wine cellar with room for more than 3,000 bottles and a900-gallon built-in aquarium. Exterior feature include a 180thousand gallonscustom built resort style infinity pool feature an enclosed double loop slide with LED lighting.

Suspended 25 feet above the pool is a glass-bottomed hot tub. The grounds also include a putting green, and an outdoor master chef kitchen. The most skilled men and women from more than 24 countries have been employed to make this masterpiece a reality.

Le Palais Royal is the only ocean front and Intracoastal Waterway property with close to 500 feet of oceanfront and two deep water docks on the entire Gold Coast ofFlorida. One of the docks can accommodate up to a 220-foot yacht and the other up to a 140-foot yacht.

The adjacent lot includes two guesthouses, which measure about 3,000 square feet each, a pool and an entertainment complex that houses an ice-skating rink, a casino, go-kart track, nightclub and bowling alley. This adjacent property can still be customized according to the new owner’s desires.

The property provides garage parking for 30 vehicles and can accommodate parking for up to 70 vehicles.
