The luxury confectionary brand will be opening the doors to a taste of the suite life this September.

The haute Parisian confectioners is opening its first luxury stay, Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris in Paris this September.

The famous confectionary brand is launching a chain of 20 boutique hotels, starting with its inaugural Parisian property. Known for their delicious and beautifully crafted desserts and pastries, the new hotel is set to deliver the same standards of excellence. Now that’s a minibar worth exploring.

The five-star hotel will offer 54 rooms in the centre of the city. Designed by acclaimed architect Richard Martinet (Peninsula Paris), the property will be the inspiration of all future developments and an academy to train all teams worldwide. The lavish property will also feature a spa and fitness centre for added indulgence.

Olivier Chauvin, the President and CEO of Fauchon Hospitality, explained, “The strategy is to establish a portfolio of FAUCHON L’Hôtel branded properties, with a goal of 20 hotels over the next decade.”

The new hotel aims to deliver an extraordinary stay. Experiences include an in-room Gourmet Bar — a high end twist on traditional hotel mini-bars – that will contain a selection of complimentary Fauchon products.

According to Chauvin, “The strategy is to establish a portfolio of FAUCHON L’Hôtel branded properties, with a goal of 20 hotels over the next decade. With FAUCHON’s legacy in all aspects of the culinary industry, it is a natural next step to open our own hotels. It has been essential for us to define a concept that truly sets us apart, so we are not just another hotel brand.“

A member of the prestigious collection of The Leading Hotels of the World, Fauchon l’Hôtel Paris aims to let guests live like a Parisian.  Other key aspects include unique dining options, an innovative and modern brand design and bold attitude; plus carefully curated local experiences. Talk about the suite life.
