One of these extraordinary spa delights is their new anti-pollution ‘Diamond Cocoon’ facial, designed to liberate the skin from the toxins and impurities resulting from modern lifestyles.

By boosting the lymphatic system’s natural detoxification process, this treatment aims to achieve three goals: fortify, shield & liberate the facial skin cells. This is done by first incorporating a prebiotic deep cleansing ritual into the facial treatment, followed by an intense purifying treatment to detoxify the skin, and finally, a cutting-edge oxygenating facial massage is completed using white jade massage tools to encourage microcirculation and drainage. This assists in smoothing out the skin’s texture while redefining facial contours, making skin look brighter and tighter, and glowing with new life.

With wrap-around views of Barcelona’s city center and the azure Mediterranean, 43 The Spa at Hotel Arts Barcelona provides a serene setting for self-care. Situated on the hotel’s top two floors (42 and 43), the spa has picturesque open-air terraces, eight fully equipped treatment suites, hydrotherapy pools, saunas and steam baths as well as offers an extensive menu of treatments by prestigious luxury Spanish skincare brand Natura Bissé.

Anti-Gravity Rose Quartz Massage – Kempinski Hotel Bahia, Estepona, Spain

Kempinski Hotel Bahia, an ultra-luxe property neighboring the pristine palm-tree-lined promenade of Estepona, is the only wellness destination in Spain to offer the Rose Quartz Bed Massage. The treatment draws on the ancient Greek concept of ‘psammotherapy’, which uses the healing warmth of a sand bed containing thousands of tiny, pink-tinted rose quartz particles to relax the body, alleviate pain and ease away muscular tension.  During the massage, a warmed, cotton poultice of the same sandy crystals is periodically passed along the body, targeting tight spots and acting as an extension of the therapists’ hands. As the bed is gently tilted upwards and downwards during the treatment, the crystals stay completely still, giving a feeling of ‘anti-gravity’ and total weightlessness. A true “out-of-this-world” experience.

Kempinski Hotel Bahia sits on its own sliver of Mediterranean, with private gardens of olive, lemon and avocado trees whose produce is used within the restaurants and spa treatments. Set within these perfectly manicured lawns is the Kempinski Spa. Providing a peaceful respite from the bustling clubs and busy beaches of Marbella, the Kempinski Hotel Bahia in the pretty-as-a-picture town of Estepona also offers luxurious rooms, suites and a fabulous fitness center. A new dining destination, El Paseo Del Mar, comprised of three design-led restaurants and bars is also on the menu at the hotel. The Kempinski Spa menu offers an extensive range of restorative therapies from six, luxury treatment rooms, including an ‘Aqua Suite’ with in-room jacuzzi bath and double treatment beds.
